Futures now indicate just under 10% odds the FED will HIKE rates by 25 basis points at the August 5th FOMC meeting; see the probabilities chart here.   The market indicates the FED will hike rates between 25 and 50 basis points by the end of 2008.  

Despite reduced rate hike odds compared to several weeks ago, the current bias is still for rates hikes and the markets have been very volatile.
