Meet Todd Huettner

Todd Huettner works with individuals and businesses seeking residential and commercial real estate loans.  He handles all types of financing and specializes in complex transactions involving multiple properties, wealth management, relocation, and divorce.   Todd provides a proven process to identify the right financing structure for each situation.  Based on a comprehensive evaluation, his program reduces risks while saving clients time and money.    His philosophy is to empower clients by educating them about their situation and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.  Equally important, Todd’s strong lender relationships provide access to all loan programs with competitive rates and terms.

Todd has eighteen years experience in the finance, mortgage, and real estate industries.  His career in real estate began in 1990 with Huettner Properties, a family-owned commercial real estate company.  Since then, he has been a licensed real estate agent in Oklahoma and New Mexico, a financial analyst, and a consultant working with Fortune 500 clients.  Prior to starting Huettner Capital, Todd managed a loan origination office for one of the largest homebuilders in the country where he also underwrote loans.

Todd has been published in Scotsman Guide, a monthly magazine focusing on the mortgage lending industry.  He also writes and publishes the Financing Advisor Alerts at www.toddhuettner.com/alerts.  He is a member of the Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB) and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).

Todd graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned his Masters of Business Administration in 2000 at The Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.    

Todd lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Jill and their three sons.  An active member of the community, he is a classroom volunteer with Junior Achievement and a volunteer coach for Arapahoe Youth League.
